The flavors that floated into smell caught Pheonix's attention. Her stomach rumbled as she was making the onion soup, tempting her to just take a small little sip... No. she thought. I have to wait for my meal just as everyone else. She stared down onto her toes, her hunger growing stronger. One of her craving were arising, and her stomach boomed again. Shut up! she scolded her stomach silently, but then sighing out loud in despair. Of course her stomach doesn't actually listen to her, it's not a living being. She looked down at the soup that was just about done. She added a couple bit more herbs and... taadaah! She smiled to herself with a job-well-done. And for the moment that Pheonix was waiting for. She smelled something other than onion soup just then. She looked around... eggs! Sweet, delicious eggs! Her craving caused her to rush over to the large platter with the wonderful goodness. Putting two on her plate, along with a small bowl of onion soup. Her feet shimmied her to an empty table as her mouth watered. She took a sip of soup, and with satisfaction, her stomach gurgled. "Mmm," she hummed out loud contently.[/font]

Melanie brushed her bangs away from her forehead, which caused them to weirdly stick up in all directions. She snorted at herself and then pushed them back over he forehead, walking quickly into the kitchen to get something to eat. Her stomach growled with impatience, and she hurriedly looked around for some bread when she noticed another in the kitchen.
It was funny, because usually people ate all together, and this one was alone. Mel kind of ate whenever she had time and wasn't busy doing chores or off with Jared or just plain goofing off. She was used to eating alone in silence, and wondered about this one.
"Hi, I'm Mel," she said, bustling around for something to hold her water in. [/blockquote]

Phoenix looked up at the girl who spoke to her. "Hello Mel," she said, with no expression on her face. "My name is Phoenix." Her stomach was already satisfied, so she looked back down on her soup and slightly pushed it away from her. Only a couple of sthingyfuls were left, and she didn't want to waste it. She quickly gulped down the rest of the onion soup without a sthingy. Her stomach quietly gurgled as she had a larger proportion than usual.
